Potato And Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
6 green onions
1 large can green beans
6 slices bacon
1 small jar pimentos
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Wash potatoes and boil in jackets.
Fry bacon and crumble, reserving grease.
Chop onions, also use blades of onions and chop pimentos.
Heat and drain green beans. Peel and slice potatoes in a large bowl. Add crumbled bacon, green onions, pimentos and green beans.
To grease, add the vinegar and sugar. Heat and pour over vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss.
Serve warm.
