Sausage Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sausage
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup (do not add water)
    1 soup can milk
    1 can whole kernel sweet corn (undrained)
    1/2 c. grated or shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage. Drain. Add onions. Cook 1 minute. Place in crock-pot, adding other ingredients. Place cheese on each serving.
