Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
16 oz. fresh pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add to baked, cooled pie crusts.
Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake 30 minutes.
