2 Large Apples (peeled & sliced)
Lemon Juice
1 Tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
1 Pkg. 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Jar 6 oz. Caramel Ice Cream Topping
1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts
Preparation

Soak apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning; set aside.
Press cookie dough into a 12 inch pizza pan.
Bake according to package directions.
Remove from oven and let cool. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter, spread onto cooled crust. Arrange apple slices on top.
Drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with nuts.
