Sweet Potatoes In Maple Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Medium Sweet Potatoes
    1/4 Cup Maple-Flavored Syrup
    1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
    1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
    1 Medium Pared Eating Apple, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Preparation
    Bake sweet potatoes (pierce skin) at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes until tender. Slip off skins. Cut potatoes into half inch pieces. Cook remaining ingredients in skillet about 6 minutes or until apple is tender. Add sweet potatoes. Mix carefully until coated.
