Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. boneless chicken breasts
    5 or 6 carrots, peeled and sliced
    4 to 5 celery stalks, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    2 to 3 chicken bouillon cubes (optional)
    1 small pkg. medium egg noodles
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Break into bite sized pieces. Return to pot of chicken broth.
    Add carrots, celery and onion. Add salt, bouillon cubes and more water, if more broth is needed. Return to boil.
    Reduce heat and let simmer for 1 to 2 hours, keeping plenty of broth in pot.
    About 10 to 15 minutes before serving, add egg noodles and cook until tender.
