Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
3/4 to 1 stick margarine
equal parts flour and Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
Preparation

Peel and quarter enough potatoes to fill a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Melt margarine in baking dish.
Mix flour, Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Roll potatoes in flour mixture and put in baking dish.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven about 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle with parsley.
