Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    1 onion, grated
    1 to 2 stalks celery
    1 carrot, grated
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    margarine to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Grate onion, celery and carrot. While boiling, add parsley, salt and pepper. When potatoes are cooked, add milk, soup and margarine.
    Simmer to blend flavors.
