Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal
    3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg (optional)
Preparation
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Perfect for No. 7 iron skillet.
