Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 new potatoes
    6 slices bacon and bacon drippings
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/3 c. fresh red pepper, finely chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Cool and cut into bite size pieces.
    Fry bacon. Drain and crumble.
