Blueberry Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. orange juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored jello
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. fresh blueberries
curly lettuce leaves (for garnish)
Preparation

Bring orange juice to boil in saucepan over medium heat. Remove.
Add jello, sugar and lemon rind.
Stir until jello is dissolved.
Chill mixture until it is the consistency of an egg white.
Stir in buttermilk; mix well.
Fold in blueberries; pour into an oiled 6 cup mold.
Refrigerate until set.
May be unmolded onto lettuce leaves.
