Beat - Don'T Knead Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening or margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Add sugar, shortening, egg, salt and 3 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.
    With spoon, beat in remaining flour.
    Chill 2 hours before making out rolls.
    (Can be kept in refrigerator for 1 week.)
