Health Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 or 16 oz. box natural cereal
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
2 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquids in order listed. Mix well and store in refrigerator in tightly covered container. (Keeps a month.)
Bake in muffin tins at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
