Pat In Pan Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1/4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, put the oil, boiling water and milk.
    Add flour and salt; whip with fork until smooth and thick.
    Stir until dough forms a ball.
    Pat in pan.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
