Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped frozen spinach
    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, remove from casing
    6 eggs
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Cook spinach and drain well.
    In large bowl beat eggs; add cheeses, spinach and seasonings and mix well. Add drained sausage meat.
    Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
