Swiss Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. instant potatoes, prepared according to the box instructions
    1 egg
    1/4 lb. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare the potatoes according to instructions.
    Beat the egg into the potatoes.
    Cut the cheese into strips and mix into the potatoes.
    Place a few of the strips on top of the casserole. Bake in the oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
    Yields 4 servings.
