Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sauteed (1/2 c.), chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 medium-size tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can condensed beef bouillon
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent. Add uncooked rice.
    Brown rice slightly, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, bouillon and water.
    Cook until rice is done.
