Tropical Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. liquid margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend well the margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add alternately with bananas to margarine mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
