Veal Or Pork Mozzarella(Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal or pork loin cutlets (each 1/4-inch thick)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. seasoned dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. bottled spaghetti or pizza sauce
    2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Pound cutlets to 1/8-inch thickness.
    In a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, cook butter on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until melted.
    Dip cutlets in butter, then lightly coat with crumbs.
