Easy Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 c. Monterey Jack
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
    1/3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Stir eggs, soup, tuna and pimentos; set aside.
    Mix well the Bisquick mix and hot water.
    Knead dough on floured surface until smooth.
    Press dough in bottom and sides of a greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on dough.
    Add tuna mixture and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until center sets.
    Cool before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
