Graham Cracker Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter (1 stick each: butter and oleo)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans (2 c., if desired)
24 small graham crackers

Preparation

Melt butter and sugar together and boil until caramelized. Toss in nuts.
Spread graham crackers on cookie sheet.
Top with mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool and place on racks.
