Curried Chicken Salad Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 Ronzoni jumbo shells
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut in strips
    1 1/2 c. chopped red peppers
    1 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
Preparation
    Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
    Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, mustard and garlic.
    Add chicken, red peppers, celery, sunflower seeds and scallions.
    Toss lightly.
    Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons filling into each shell. Chill.
    Serve on lettuce, if desired.
