German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. apples, sliced thin
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs and oil and beat until light and fluffy. Continue beating while you add sugar, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
