Ingredients

1/3 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream oleo and 1/2 cup sugar until fluffy.
Add 1 cup flour and mix well.
Put into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Mix remaining 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup flour.
Blend in eggs, vanilla and salt.
Fold in pecans and coconut.
Spread over baked layer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
