Flank Steak Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped fine
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 flank steak (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Combine all and pour over flank steak and marinate 4 or more hours, turning occasionally.
    Cook on the grill over hot coals about 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
    Baste with marinade.
    Carve in thin slices, cutting on the diagonal.
