Granny Gay'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. bread crumbs, soften with milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    1 stick butter (no substitutes)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins, cook to boil for 10 minutes and drain
    2 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract or suit your taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Leave in pan to cool.
