West Virginia Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. each vanilla and lemon extract
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together. Add butter to hot milk. Beat eggs. Add sugar. Beat until creamy. Add extracts, dry ingredients, milk
    and butter. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into shallow pan and bake 25 minutes in moderately slow oven (350\u00b0).
