Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    4 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    4 to 5 c. finely chopped cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet until beef is not pink.
    Add soup, water, salt, pepper and rice.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Place cabbage in a 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam or cooking oil.
    Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
