Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 can each: cream of mushroom soup and cream of celery soup
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces with liquid
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Stew chicken until tender.
    Remove skin and bones; cut in pieces.
    Butter a large shallow baking dish well.
    Sprinkle part of Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix over the bottom of dish.
    Place generous layers of chicken next.
