Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed small curd cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. soda
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
sea salt
Preparation

Soften yeast in water.
Combine in bowl, next 8 ingredients. Add yeast mix.
Start adding flour (at first with mixer) until all flour is added.
Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled (50 to 60 minutes).
Stir down dough.
Put into well-buttered 8-inch round (1 1/2 to 2 quart) casserole dish.
Let rise in warm place for 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown.
While still warm, brush with soft butter and sprinkle with sea salt.
