Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) blocks cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. steamed shrimp, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
4 or 5 green onions (some tops included), chopped
juice of 1 lemon
4 or 5 dashes hot pepper sauce
Preparation

I chop everything separately in a food processor and put in a bowl.
I blend cream cheese in the food processor and add to the bowl.
You can either mix by hand or use an electric hand mixer. Put in serving bowl and chill.
Better if done the night before so all flavors can blend.
Serve with crackers.
