Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well. Add zucchini and mix.
    Blend dry ingredients, then add to mixture.
    Add walnuts.
    Bake in 2 (9 x 5-inch) greased and floured loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
