Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Beat egg whites, vanilla and dash of salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in coconut. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes. Cool. Makes 20 to 24.
