Baked Scrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. scrod
    1 small onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. Romano cheese
    1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 tsp. dried basil
    oil
Preparation
    Put a light film of oil in the bottom of a pan.
    Place fish; sprinkle onion over fish, then garlic, cheese, bread crumbs and basil.
    Sprinkle over with oil lightly.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Do not o\u00b0ercook.
