Joyce Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
3 raw apples
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
-
Place first ten ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from stove and let cool.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in large pan.
