Sweet Potato Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can yams
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. shredded orange peel
    1 can apricot halves, drained (save juice)
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, orange peel and apricot juice.
    Bring to a hard boil.
    Pour over remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until heated through.
