Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    8 oz. Hi Ho crackers
    2 sticks oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender; cut into bite-size pieces.
    Roll Hi Ho crackers into crumbs.
    Melt oleo and mix with crumbs.
    Put 1/2 of crumbs in 9 x 13-inch dish, then add chicken pieces.
    Mix soups, sour cream and water chestnuts; pour over chicken.
    Top with rest of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes.
