Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. (2 cans) water chestnuts, chopped
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    2 tsp. pepper
    dash of Accent
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl with hands.
    Chill 1 hour and then form into 1-inch balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 to 7 dozen. Freezes well.
    Place on cookie sheet and freeze before baking.
