Apple Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 tart apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Peel,
core
and
slice
apples
in
a mixing bowl.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and salt with apples.
Mix well. Let stand 20 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup pecans in bottom of pie shell
and cover with apple mixture.
Mix melted butter, flour, brown
sugar,
cinnamon
and
chopped
pecans.
Mix well; cover apple mixture with this mixture. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.
