Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff not dry
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. fine granulated sugar
    2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Gradually add sugar to eggs.
    Fold in gently coconut.
    Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. (Turn oven on early.)
    Makes about 24 cookies.
