Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. ripe tomatoes
5 medium onions
1/2 lb. hot peppers or 18 jalapeno peppers
1 c. distilled white vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
8 tsp. canning salt
6 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Combine all the ingredients and cook together.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Pour into hot, prepared jars and seal.
