Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. oleo
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onion in oleo.
    Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and simmer (very low heat) for 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
