Sugar-Free Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling (sugar-free, not instant)
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Put 3 cups of milk in saucepan to heat.
    Mix pudding mix and egg into the remaining cup of cold milk.
    Add to the hot milk on stove.
    Add rice and raisins; stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
    Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
    Pour into serving bowl.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
