Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 jar mincemeat
    2 c. mixed candied fruit (1 lb.)
    1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Grease a tube pan.
    Sift flour and soda.
    Combine eggs, mincemeat, milk, walnuts and fruit.
    Fold in dry ingredients; pour into pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours until center springs back and top is golden brown.
    Cool; turn out.
    Decorate with cherries and walnuts, if desired.
