Whipped Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 1/2 c. frozen reduced calorie whipped topping, thawed
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl.
Beat until combined.
Pour pineapple juice into microwave-safe bowl.
Heat on High (100%) power 25 to 30 seconds or until quite warm.
Sprinkle gelatin over warm juice and stir until gelatin dissolves.
Pour gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture; beat well.
Blend in whipped topping.
