Ingredients

12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 c.)
2 c. heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. orange flavored liquor
1 Tbsp. instant espresso or coffee
Preparation

Melt the chocolate with 2/3 cup of the cream in a saucepan over low heat or in the top of a double boiler over barely simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Cool to room temperature. With electric mixer, whip the remaining cream, sugar, liquor and espresso powder until almost stiff.
Fold a small amount of whipped cream into the cooled chocolate.
Fold this chocolate mixture back into the remaining cream until smooth.
