Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small can pineapple (crushed or chunks)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut pork up into cubes and brown in oil.
    Mix together all ingredients, except pork, and bring to a boil.
    Add pork and cook 45 minutes or until meat is done.
    Serve over cooked rice.
