Almond Roca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. real butter
2 c. sugar
4 1/2 to 8 oz. almonds (slivered or whole)
Preparation

Combine butter and sugar into medium pan.
Cook over medium heat until reaches 300\u00b0 or hard crack on candy thermometer.
Take off heat; add your almonds.
Pour onto cookie sheet.
