Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 flour tortillas

Preparation

In a small bowl, stir soup and sour cream together; set aside. In saucepan, melt butter and cook onion and chili powder for a few minutes.
Stir in chicken and about half of the soup mixture.
