Bluefish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    salt and pepper
    Accent
    vegetable oil
    butter or margarine
    pignoli nuts
    fresh mushrooms
    2 lemons
    1 orange
    white wine
    parsley
    bluefish fillets or Red Snapper
Preparation
    Dredge fish sections in flour mixed with salt, pepper and Accent.
    Saute in oil approximately 3 minutes each side (skin side first), depending on thickness of fish.
    Place cooked fish in oven pan and lightly dot with butter.
